Piedmont Elementary School recently received a meaningful gift from the Kiwanis Club—a beautifully placed bench and commemorative plaque honoring the JW Meadows Family, whose generosity helped make the school possible. Many years ago, the Meadows family donated the land on which Piedmont Elementary was built, and their connection to the school continues today as family members still attend.

This thoughtful tribute serves as more than just a place to sit. It represents a legacy of generosity, community partnership, and lasting commitment to education. The bench stands as a reminder of how strong community roots help schools grow and thrive for generations.
