Director of Schools Dr. Arnold reflects on a year of growth, achievement, and continued focus on student success across the district. As featured in the Year-End Central Office Update

At the close of another remarkable school year in Jefferson County Schools, I want to take a moment to reflect on the progress we’ve made together and to express my gratitude to our students, staff, families, and community partners. This year has been a powerful reminder of what is possible when we remain focused on our shared vision and committed to continuous improvement.

Over the past several years, we have worked together to build and implement our five-year strategic plan. That plan serves as our roadmap, guiding decisions and ensuring that every student has access to the opportunities and support they need to succeed. I am proud to say that the work captured in this plan is not just aspirational—it is happening each and every day in our schools.

To celebrate this progress, we are excited to share a video that highlights many of these priorities in action. This video reflects the heart of Jefferson County Schools and the incredible work taking place across our district.

As we look ahead to the coming year, we remain committed to building on this momentum and continuing to move forward together. While there is still important work ahead, I am confident in the strength of our community and our shared commitment to student success. Thank you for your continued support in helping make our schools places of opportunity, growth, and achievement for every student.
